Terms of Service

By using/purchasing from BRO-K you agree to the following terms and conditions and those outlined on adjoining pages. BRO-K may update and modify these T&Cs at any time without notice.

Purchases including alcohol

It is a legal requirement that persons purchasing alcohol must be 18 years of age or over and it is against the law for a person aged 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol for a person under the age of 18 years of age.

By purchasing from this website you are confirming that both yourself and the recipient are aged 18 years or over. If your purchase does not comply with the above requirement, then you must cancel your purchase immediately and discontinue use of this website.

Gifts containing alcohol can only be accepted on delivery by a person aged 18 years or older. The recipient may be asked to present proof of their age. Gifts containing alcohol may not be left at the premises if no-one over the age of 18 is available to sign for them.

Cancellations of orders must be done within 24 hours of purchase. All cancellations will receive a credit note by means of online store credit to be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. If the purchase has already left our premises we are unable to accept cancellation of the order.

 

General

While every endeavour is made to ensure stock counts are accurate in some rare instances stock variations or outages may occur. If for some reason an item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you to discuss options; i.e. substituting the item with an alternative item of similar value, being provided with a refund or waiting until additional stock arrives prior to dispatching your order.

Any electronic receipt or other form of order confirmation provided to you does not signify our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) if the requested Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site or in your order. If a substitute Product is provided due to unavailability, we will provide a replacement item equal to or greater than the original item.

If we reject an order placed through the Site, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been made.

Material on this website is the property of Bro-K and cannot be copied or duplicated for personal, commercial or public use.

Precautions are taken to ensure that www.bro-k.com.au and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, it is your responsibility to scan any such data for viruses.
